Miller's Harvest Sourdough
This is the bread I developed for our Neighbor Loaves.It is a hearty brown sandwich bread, leavened with sourdough and moistened with a porridge of cracked rye (Woodson's Mill / Keenbell Farm), cornmeal (Red Tail Grains), and whole wheat (Woodson's Mill / Keenbell Farm). A touch of sorghum molasses (Hickory Hill Farm) balances the flavor.
