We love growing squash. One of our biggest crops, we take pride in growing several varieties (all shown in this photo). We pick squash every day so they are always young and tender enough to eat fresh in a ribbon salad. We will not send out big clunkers that we have overlooked in the field for several days!
We deliver a 1.5 pound mix (3-4 squash) containing at least two of the varieties we grow: green zucchini, yellow squash, zephyr, Magda, Goldie (yellow zucchini), patty pan, and middle eastern zucchini (see 2nd photo for a representative selection)
