Our Christmas Stollen ("Weihnachtsstollen") is adapted from traditional German recipes to include candied citrus peel, brandy-soaked raisins, and a little sourdough for flavor. The finished loaves get basted with melted butter and dusted with a blanket of organic powdered sugar, and the flavor improves with time.
