Rye Porridge & Currant Sourdough

We snagged some rolled rye (think oatmeal, but rye) from Deep Roots Milling, and it bakes into a luscious crumb. Currants (which are tiny raisins, not Ribes sp.) add visual interest, plus an earthy sweetness.
